Returns and exchanges

We do not accept any returns or exchanges of custom jewelry. We make sure to guide you through the whole process step by step, from selecting the gems to creating the design to make it a happy purchase.

The return/exchange policy is applicable ONLY to the ready made pieces from our inventory.

You are not happy with the jewelry you received and you want to return it

If you are unhappy with an item that you have purchased from us, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt (only in the case the jewelry was not worn, damaged or broken). In this case you will get a full refund.
