The Jewelry School of Montreal is pleased to invite you to the opening of the exhibition of 13 graduates-2018 (DEC Techniques en métiers d’art, option joaillerie) on June 14 from 17:30.

The exhibited projects are ensembles consisting of a necklace, a bracelet and a free project (ring, brooch or earrings) designed and produced by the students, who apply the techniques learned during their training (3 years). The projects offer to see the affinities of materials, processes and styles peculiar to each one.

Some projects completed and selected by 1st and 2nd year students will also be part of the exhibition. The theme "I forgot we had a meeting" refers to the excitement of student life and its many meetings. In this sense, the cohort 2018, a group of young professionals focused on their technical and aesthetic practices rather than on related theory or methodology meetings, created an exhibition highlighting their full creative potential and their manual skills.

Drinks and appetizers will be served before the Award of Excellence, which starts on Thursday June 14, at 18:30.
